Yoda Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Plant Protein
  • 3/4 Cup Nut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Sauce

OR Make your own chocolate sauce

  • 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

For Chocolate Sauce

  1. Mix all chocolate sauce ingredients together until smooth
  2. Cool in the fridge for 5 minutes to thicken

 

  1. Heat water in a pot over the stove, do not boil. In a bowl over the hot water, mix nut butter, honey and coconut oil until smooth
  2. Mix in all of the other ingredients, including chocolate sauce
  3. Line a square pan with parchment paper
  4. Press mixture into pan with a spatula
  5. Put in the fridge for one hour, cut into squares, and serve!
