  1. Be committed and disciplined to stay in shape and to NOT get overweight
  2. Control your appetite – both calories and types of food
  • Do not accept excuses
    1. Control what you eat
    • no processed foods
    • low carbs foods
    • eliminate processed sugar and sweeteners
    • Do not eat after 6 pm
    • Follow the 80/20 rule

  1. Exercise
  • High intensity, low impact
  • Rev up your heart rate
  • Interval training – lower and upper body
  • Stretch ie Yoga
    1. Take good supplements
    • Of course, Balanced Green Products
    • Energy Food, Fulvic Acid Minerals, Supreme Protein with Greens,Vit. D3, Calcium/Magnesium, Fish Oil
      1. Eight hours of sleep; stay hydrated – ½ your body weight in water
  1. Be happy, stay happy even in stressful situations

Overall, I do not believe in quick fixes or gimmick diets. I believe in eating right, taking good supplements, exercise and staying happy.
